Furnished in soft, seaside-inspired tones of blue, turquoise and sand and with driftwood-like exposed beams, the interiors of Sunset nod to both tropical elegance and the beach setting. The great room’s sitting area has a sophisticated mix of a striped sofa, floral-print chairs and a subtly geometric rug, while the adjacent dining area uses a more contemporary fabric and modern round mirror to create a formal feel. In the fully equipped kitchen, gourmet stainless steel appliances are paired with mid-toned gray cabinets and leaf green stools at the practical breakfast bar.
Each of the villa’s four bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, and all but one have king beds. (The fourth bedroom has two twin beds instead.) Settle into the dreamy Caribbean lifestyle at Little Harbour, about 2 miles away, the village of Cherokee, 3 miles away, or downtown Marsh Harbour, 21.5 miles away. The 50-mile drive to Abaco National Park is well worth it to see the native pine forests and watch for parrots winging through the trees.
