The villa has everything you’d expect from a beachfront resort, from a heated infinity pool, 25-meter lap pool and steps down to the sand to al-fresco lounging and dining areas, a barbecue and an outdoor kitchen. Inside, you’ll find more five-star amenities such as ping-pong and pool tables, an exercise room and, for entertainment, a sound system and Wi-Fi.

Inspired by the traditional architecture of the Bahamas, this newly built residence has plenty of charm. Swinging daybeds, a turtle pond and lanterns from New Orleans set a gracious tone in the entry courtyard that continues inside with shiplap walls and pecky cypress ceilings. An open-plan great room is a natural gathering place, with its pair of tufted leather sofas, dining table for eight, and fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar.

Each of the eight bedrooms at King’s View has an en-suite bathroom, and several have separate entrances, making them perfect for the couple still on honeymoon or in-laws seeking privacy. There are six bedrooms with king beds, including one master suite with an al-fresco shower and one bedroom with its own kitchenette, one bedroom with two twin beds, and one children’s room with two twin bunk beds.

While King’s View feels like your own oceanfront retreat, it’s not far from dining and shopping at the popular Aquapazza Wine Bar and Restaurant or in Dunmore Town. Stroll barefoot on your own private beach or make the short walk to Pink Sand Beach, or let the nearby water taxi take you around Harbour Island and Eleuthera.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Firm 60 days

• Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and get a 50% refund of accommodation fees. Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
