With 6,000 square feet of stylish yet comfortable living space, Cozy Mozy has plenty of room for gathering as a group or stealing away for a quiet moment. The heart of the home is an open-plan great room that opens to the pool terrace and has canal views, sitting and dining areas, and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen. Gorgeous details such as tile floors, coffered ceilings and vibrant blue accents will enchant fans of traditional Caribbean decor.

The charm continues in this luxury property’s six bedrooms, all of which have en-suite bathrooms. There are five in the main house: three with king beds, including a master suite that faces the water, one with a queen bed and one with two twin bunk beds. A separate cottage has one bedroom with a queen bed, as well as its own lounge area and kitchenette, making it perfect for in-laws or even couples wanting a honeymoon-style retreat.

A stay at Cozy Mozy puts you just a short walk from the community’s tennis courts, playgrounds, town square with shops and the Paradise Island Ocean Club golf course. For an additional fee, guests are welcome to use the Old Fort Club, which overlooks one of the prettiest beaches in the Nassau and Paradise Island area.

Additional rules

• All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
• The Club at Old Fort Bay is open for all Guests of Cozy Mozy for a weekly fee of $2,500 USD per household. This includes access to the famous Old Fort Bay beach, the swimming pool, the gym, restaurant, the Pavilion and Roof Garden.
• The pool has a gas heater to heat the pool in cooler months. There is an additional fee for this amenity.
• Smoking is allowed outside only.
• Additional bedding available upon request and at additional cost.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refundable 95 days

• Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
