Sunset is a sophisticated beach house. Designed to capture endless ocean views and flow with fresh ocean breeze, its design blurs the line between indoors and outdoors in the most delightful way. The interior is open and bright. A neutral colour scheme makes relaxation imminent. Carefully placed splashes of colour add a little extra excitement to the sunny oceanside atmosphere. The shared spaces have plenty of comfortable seating for the whole group and open concept design creates a wonderfully social environment. The kitchen comes equipped with state of the art appliances, a breakfast bar, and a formal dining area for eight. After dinner, make yourself a drink at the wet bar, turn on the sound system, and head out to the patio for the sunset.

Whether you decide to have a formal dinner inside, or a an alfresco barbecue meal on the terrace, you’ll be enjoying the ocean view from either setting. Also on the terrace, you’ll love the swimming pool, hot tub, and outdoor furniture. On the private beachfront you’ll find the fire pit, a great spot for the whole family to gather round and count the stars. To make things even easier, you’ll be provided with housekeeping, a butler, laundress, and an on-site shuttle service.

Over at Tryall’s Great House, guests will enjoy their fabulous restaurant and Beach Cafe. For some fun off the resort, head West to Lucea or East to Montego Bay. Both are great examples of what Jamaican island life is really like. Bustling cities amongst some of the most breathtaking landscapes, they are rich with boutique shopping, nightlife, and delicious Caribbean cuisine.

HOUSE RULES

General rules

• No pets allowed
• No smoking
• Check-in is anytime after 3:00PM and check out by 12:00PM

Additional rules

• All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
• A mandatory Security Deposit is to be paid on-site at time of arrival from the client as security against damages to the property.
• Special Holiday weeks, e.g. Thanksgiving, may be charged at Premium rate.
• Events are permitted only upon request and at additional cost. All rates are subject to a Tax rate, service charge and may be subject to variation.
• Tryall Club requires all guests 16 years old and older to join the club as temporary members. There is a charge of USD $130.00 per person, per week (or USD $26.00 per person per day for shorter stays) added to your account for your visit. Tryall will provide you with a membership card and hope you will use and enjoy all of the facilities of the club at your convenience. Tryall is a private club whose members may use all Club facilities and programs at no extra charge, with the exception of golf. You can pay the membership dues at the Great House Front Desk upon check-in. All major credit cards are accepted.
• A service charge of 15% will apply to the Temporary Membership Dues as well as a number of other Club services such as Green Fees, cart rental, tennis court rental and so on.
• CANCELLATION POLICY
• If you cancel a reservation within between 26 and 16 days of the scheduled arrival at the Property, you must forfeit a payment of 20% of the rental fee and the value of a three-night stay + applicable taxes. If you cancel a reservation 15 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival at the Property, LRI is not obliged to refund any amounts already paid to LRI.
• RESERVATION CHANGES
• You shall provide LRI with immediate written notice (by email) of any change in the status (specify) of your reservation and such changes must be confirmed and accepted by LRI prior to taking effect. Any changes made after You have signed the Booking Agreement will lead to a $100.00 service charge + applicable taxes, over and above the rental fee.
• USE OF PROPERTY
• You cannot carry out any illegal activity at the Property or any activity that could be reasonably considered a nuisance or annoyance to the Host or the occupants of neighbouring land or property. Unless otherwise authorized by the Host or the Company, you may not bring any animals to the Property. The total number of Guests cannot exceed the number identified in this agreement and/or on the Company’s website. If the Property offers or has more rooms than you have rented, you agree that the Host will have the right, at the Host’s discretion, to decide which of the Property’s rooms will be made available to you and which will remain unused.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refundable 95 days

• Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
