Old Trees 7 is an exquisite beachfront villa on Paynes Bay along the West Coast of Barbados. At Old Trees—which takes its name from the native Casuarina trees on its property—a lagoon-like swimming pool rests between the villas and the shore. Cross a lovely footbridge to reach the secluded beach, where you’ll bathe in the turquoise waters and relax on sun loungers in the sand. Upon returning to your residence, linger outdoors on the covered terrace, sipping cocktails on ocean-view loungers and dining at the alfresco table.

From the terrace, three sets of gorgeous French doors invite ocean views and breezes inside. A living room with sumptuous sofas is the ideal setting for spending evening together by the TV or piano, or simply enjoying the sunset light. The bright kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious drinks and meals, which you’ll enjoy at the elegant dining table for six. The naturalistic elegance of the villa’s décor, including pickled wooden ceilings and marble floors, accentuates the precious beauty of Barbados. Air conditioning and celling fans will keep you cool on balmy days.

The bedrooms are perfect for private afternoons and serene nights. The master bedroom features a king bed and French doors opening to its ocean-view balcony, along with an ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower and tub. The primary guest room also includes a king bed and balcony, along with an ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower. The third bedroom, with two twin beds, has a shower/bath combo in its ensuite bathroom.

Along with direct access to Payne’s Bay Beach, your villa at Old Trees provides an ideal location for enjoying Barbados. Sandy Lane Beach is a beautiful walk or quick car ride away, while the Sandy Lane Golf and Country Club—the top golf club on the island—is about a mile down the road. For restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and essentials, Holetown and Bridgetown are both minutes away by car.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Firm 95 days

• Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a 50% refund of accommodation fees. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
