Sundown’s stately colonial design is shown off with exposed wood beams, high vaulted-ceilings, four-post beds, and wide openings to the ocean view and terrace. You’re sure to appreciate Sundown’s dynamic interior, rich with elegant decor and designer furniture, yet equal parts fresh ocean breeze and natural sunlight, this villa is ready for any occasion. Sundown’s tech features include a home theatre, Bose stereo, Wi-Fi, and satellite televisions. The nine bedrooms are split, with five in the Main House, and four in the Guest House, which also features its own kitchenette.

At dinner, you’ll have to choose between the lavishly adorned dining room, or the ocean view alfresco set on the terrace, both are great choices. If you’re feeling more casual, there are plenty of sitting areas scattered throughout the gardens, terrace, and beach, all perfect for more intimate occasions. On the shore, you’ll find access to water sports equipment, beach loungers, and the calm waters created by Sundown’s private pier, which leads to the massage and yoga area. And, there’s a jungle gym on the lawn for children.

If you’d like to get out and explore more of Jamaica’s natural wonders, Green Grotto Caves, Dunn’s River Falls, and Dolphin Cove are great afternoon excursions. If there’s a golfer in your group, Runaway Bay is a gorgeous course, just under ten-kilometers from home. And, if you feel like a trip to the city, Montego Bay’s dining, shopping, and nightlife are just under an hour’s drive from your beachfront vacation home.
